Volunteers stack food items at the Biloxi Community Center Wednesday in preparation for a food distribution event coordinated by the Boat People SOS of Biloxi, in partnership with the Bay Area Food Bank. BP made a donation to support the effort as organizations distributed 10,000 pounds of food during the day. The organizations have held eight food distribution events since June to aid individuals and families affected by the Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill.
